  • Adam Beckett

    Founder

    Adam has worked in the consumer products sector for over 35 years, holding director-level positions in blue-chip organisations in sales, marketing and general management. Adam has a degree from Brunel University in Economics, has lived and worked across Europe, Middle East & Africa, and is fluent in German and Portuguese. More recently, Adam set up Xenos Business Development, a successful international sales agency serving European SME’s in the beauty and personal care space, a sister company to Xenos Business Excellence. Adam is driven by a passion for business improvement, which is the driving force behind behind Xenos Business Excellence.

    Partner

    Ed is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in top UK marketing communication agencies, adept at crafting effective marketing campaigns for a diverse array of consumer and B2B brands. His strategic insights have been pivotal in driving brands' success across various sectors. In 2022, he founded Beacon Marketing Collective, where he continues to provide consulting services to businesses and brands both within the UK and internationally
